How can I give you general feedback?

We love receiving feedback, stories about your experience with us, customer photos, accolades, surprises, and knowing how we can make your experience at THE WORK LABEL even better. Please email us at care@theworklabel.com. We are also engaging with our customers at our Facebook page.

How can I contact a representative at THE WORK LABEL?

We are available by phone Monday-Saturday, 10:00am-8:00pm IST. If you need assistance outside of those hours, email us at care@theworklabel.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

How do I decide the right size to buy?

Please follow the instructions given in the website. Finding your right size can be tricky for the first time. If you have never shopped with us before, we’ll help you find your perfect fit. If you know your size but are wondering how it will translate to a certain style, please drop us a note at care@theworklabel.com

What if my product arrived damaged?

Please take photos to document the damaged product (and, if applicable, damaged packaging) and email them to us at care@theworklabel.com along with your order number. We will resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

What if I need my items to arrive more quickly?
